Timeline Brainstorming

Let's figure out all the tasks we need to do in order to complete each of our major deliverables and how long each of these tasks will take. This will help us create our Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt Chart. If there are other major deliverables that you can think of, please insert them using Heading 1.

 

Under each major deliverable listed below, jot down each task which we will need to do to complete the deliverable, who will complete the task, and approximately how long you think it will take to do the task.

Comprehensive planning and logistical arrangements

  • Meet with whole team to review project file from last temporary exhibition (whole team - half day)
  • Meet with whole team to brainstorm planning for picasso exhibition (whole team - half day)
  • Write a written plan (project manager - 1 week)
  • Review the plan and make changes as necessary (whole team - 3 days)
  • Deliver the written plan to project sponsor (project manager - 10 mins)
  • Validate the plan (project sponsor - 2 days)
